When Horacio heard how much Solera Senior Living values its residents and team members, he knew Hunters Woods would be a great place to work. As Move-In Coordinator, Horacio enjoys learning about residents and hearing their stories. “I am always amazed when I hear about their unique life journeys,” he says.

For Horacio, commitment is most important. “You cannot have a successful community without it. It takes a committed team to provide excellent service to our residents.”

When he’s not assisting residents with becoming a part of Hunters Woods, Horacio enjoys binge-watching series with his wife, Rachael—especially when it’s her favorite show, The Bachelor. He also plays soccer in his spare time. And he’s always happy when he and Rachael gather with family and friends to eat delicious food and spend time together.

Horacio received a Bachelor’s degree in Latin American Studies from George Mason University.
