Helping others and having a positive impact in their lives drives Cesar. He has extensive experience in assisted living and memory care, including resident care coordination, admissions, regulatory compliance, medication management coordination, and family support services. He is certified as a Resident Medication Aide (RMA) and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP).

Cesar was drawn to Solera Senior Living’s commitment to person-centered care and creating meaningful experiences for residents. “I work closely with residents, families, healthcare providers, and team members to ensure residents receive safe, individualized, compassionate care,” says Cesar.

As Assisted Living Manager, he most enjoys building relationships with residents and their families and being able to advocate for their needs. “I also enjoy supporting staff and helping create a positive and structured environment that allows residents to feel comfortable, supported, and at home,” he says.

Compassion speaks strongest to Cesar. “Compassion allows me to support residents with dignity and respect while helping families navigate challenging healthcare decisions with reassurance and trust.”

In his spare time, Cesar likes to travel, work on creative projects, learn new skills, and focus on professional development. He also enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring new places.
