Renatta Frazier, Memory Care Director, MPA, CDP
Renatta brings more than fifteen years of senior care and human‑services experience to Hunter Woods. She was drawn to the community’s blend of clinical excellence and warm, hospitality‑driven care—an approach she believes is essential in memory care. From the start, she felt aligned with the mission to restore dignity, connection, and purpose for individuals living with dementia.
As Director of Memory Care, Renatta finds her greatest fulfillment in supporting residents and their families through every stage of their journey. She leads with steadiness, compassion, and a deep belief that even the smallest moments—a smile, a sense of calm, or helping someone feel seen—can have a profound impact. Her background spans assisted living, memory care, and human‑services leadership, including roles in staff development, quality improvement, and family engagement. Renatta blends strong operational leadership with genuine compassion, creating an environment where residents and team members feel supported, valued, and able to thrive.
Renatta holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration, a master’s degree in Public Administration, and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Her career has been shaped by building meaningful relationships with residents and families, navigating state regulations, and leading teams with clarity, empathy, and purpose.
Outside of work, Renatta enjoys cooking, music, and creating experiences that bring joy to others. She loves using food and storytelling to help people feel at home, and she brings that same warmth into her work with residents. Her ideal vacation is somewhere vibrant and tropical, rich with culture, great food, and sunshine. She cherishes time with her wife, their blended family of six adult children, and their five grandchildren, whose energy and love inspire the heart she brings to her work each day.
